Deletes the account's dev.knotless.orgAcceptance records naming the organization, then asks its gateway to take the account out (dev.knotless.leaveOrg). The membership ends with the records: a gateway that does not answer leaves a warning. Requires the session cookie the pages' login sets: the appview acts with the session it keeps for that account. Clients holding their own session call the organization's gateway themselves.
