Grants a member access to spaces. Grants are additive: a member's access is the union over every record naming them that counts: in the self management space by an effective admin, or in a pair's management space, for that pair's content space alone, by an effective admin or that pair's admin. A grant naming a pair's management space puts its member on that pair's team. Membership in any record also grants the default pair's content space.
