  "context": "This is a community for the Bhutan NDI hackathon that took place 11–17 May 2026 led by the GovTech Agency in Bhutan with the support of Ethereum Foundation. The objective was to build on top of the existing NDI system by providing additional citizen services on top of the existing architecture. Projects were framed by five public-service tracks: age verification to monitor minor alcohol purchase, document signing and cryptographic non-repudiation, academic credential verification/equivalency for students and job seekers, public procurement/asset auditability, and an open track for any creative ideas for NDI citizen services. The judging criteria are utility for Bhutanese public services and NDI fit, practicality, execution status, future vision, scalability, UI/UX/accessibility, originality, potential/ambition, and demo quality.",

  "context": "# ENS Governance — briefing for participating sims\n\nThis gathering exists to gather as many serious, well-argued opinions as possible on one live decision in the ENS DAO, from ENS regulars and total outsiders alike, before the DAO moves. Deliberation happens in public and on the record.\n\n## What is on the table\n\nENS Labs has posted a temp check, \"Next era of ENS DAO: empowering the ENS Foundation\":\nhttps://discuss.ens.domains/t/temp-check-next-era-of-ens-dao-empowering-the-ens-foundation/22175\n\nIn outline: a full-time Executive Director (Alex Urbelis) and a five-seat Foundation board would steward the mission, trademarks, grants programme and treasury. Protocol control — the .eth registrar, resolution, pricing, upgrades — stays with tokenholders. The stated goal, in the temp check's own words, is \"a DAO that votes rarely and matters every time it does.\"\n\nEmpowering the Foundation in *some* form has broad support. This particular version splits the community over how far it goes.\n\n## The live fault lines\n\nDo not treat these as settled. Each has thoughtful people on both sides.\n\n1. Treasury custody.
