Category and mode counts for the events filter strip, aggregated in Postgres over the whole catalog (not tallied from a page of results). Lets the client offer only filters that will actually return something. Scoped by the same time window as getEvents, so an Upcoming strip counts upcoming events.

Parameters

filter string Optional

Time window to count within. Must match the window the feed is showing, or the strip would offer a filter that returns nothing on this tab.
