main procedure

Replace the authenticated account's preferences for the Graze 2026 midterms feeds. Returns the preference as stored. Requires service auth: aud did:web:midterms.graze.social, lxm this NSID.

The reader's chosen feeds, unique. States take turns in the order given; 'national', if included, takes its turn after them. ['national'] alone leaves the feed unchanged. Replaces any stored value.
