One plugin, by publisher and name.

Parameters

actor string at-identifier Required

The publisher, as a DID or a handle. A handle is accepted only when it and its DID point at each other.

name string Required

The project's name, which is the record key of its software.release.project: 1 to 64 lowercase letters, digits and interior hyphens.

Errors

ProjectNotFound No project of that name is indexed for that publisher.

ActorNotFound actor is neither a DID nor a handle that resolves to one.

NotConfigured The registry has no identity configured, so it cannot read its own state. An operator problem, not a caller's.
