RecordNotFound Bard has no record at that URI.
NoLiveCredential The URI names a space bard has no live credential for.
RateLimitExceeded Too many reindex requests.
NotOwner The caller is neither the repo the URI names nor the authority of its space.
SpaceNotFound The URI is in space form and names a space bard does not serve, or one the caller is not in. Both cases get the same error, so it cannot be used to probe membership.
