**Type**: `query`

A repository's releases, of every package or of one, newest first, a page at a time: follow `cursor` until it is absent. Each marks whether it is its package's latest, and whether it is a container image. None for a private repository, which cannot publish, or from an appview that keeps no index. No authentication needed.
