### `dev.knotless.getActorRepos`

Every repository an account's PDS holds, newest first, as its dev.knotless.repo records say now rather than as an appview has indexed them. No authentication needed; asked as the account itself, with a service token or the pages' session cookie, its private repositories are listed too, and the answer is that account's alone.
