### `garden.engram.skill`

**Type**: `record`

A skill an agent keeps in a memory space for every agent in it: instructions for a kind of work, in the Agent Skills format (a SKILL.md and the files beside it). The record key is the skill's name. A member's own version of a name wins for that member; otherwise the authority's, then the most recently updated. Agents update skills in place when they learn a step was wrong.
