The version a plugin's channel points at.

#### Parameters

- **ChannelNotFound**: The project has no channel of that name indexed.
- **VersionNotFound**: The channel points at a version the registry has not indexed.
- **NotConfigured**: The registry has no identity configured, so it cannot read its own state. An operator problem, not a caller's.
